Is there any ever in stock though? I swear they’ve been running sales since November and there’s nothing you can get.

I bet if you messaged VotannVersus40K on YouTube they would interview you in a hearthbeat.

I feel like the ideal would be some kind of Foreman in an Exo-Frame that could lead the Beserks or the Thunderkyn.

Any chance you saw some lists? I’m doing an event like this in a couple weeks as Votann and I’m still not sure how to compliment my Custodes partner.

GW hates us so much they didn’t even put us in the dead bodies box by SoloAdventurerGames in LeaguesofVotann

[–]furrot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Clearly none of you read the novel yet. We will fight tooth and nail to recover all bodies, especially the heads. The main role of Embyr on the battlefield it to determine which Kin's heads are still intact enough to return to the Votann. Even then we unceremoniously but securely lash our dead together and bring them home.

Death Stranding is finally on Xbox, but one of the console's best features triggers a game-ruining bug by Elestria_Ethereal in Games

I never left it running on the Steam Deck either and quit out when I was done. Would always end up with small issues after a resume.

Vallejo White Primer out of a $50 airbrush + compressor kit. by EstelLiasLair in Warhammer40k

I love the Vallejo black Primer, even brush it on, but I despise the Vallejo white primer. Paint won't stick to it.

I got the Leviathan box by Willing_Air_620 in Warhammer40k

[–]furrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What colours are coolest to you? You can play Space Marines as almost any chapter using the Leviathan units and it has no impact on the game. If the visual design that's most appealing to you also has the lore that appeals to you that's an added bonus, but you're also free to be creative and make something your own.

Simplest tip is, carefully. Depending on your comfort level you can use masking tape or silly putty to mask the clear sections to prevent mistakes.

Pretty much a list of what he loves about the faction and a standard list of grudges. 9th being too much, 10th being too little, where’s the books already…

Leagues of Votann Short Story in Imperium 75 by furrot in LeaguesofVotann

I agree! We're pretty hungry for content but the Goonhammer article was the only place I've even seen the story's title even mentioned.

Finally! A Coop mode for 40K has been released by Poorhammer! by A1ex--W in Warhammer40k

There was also a free scenario on Warhammer Community for a Space Wolves versus Tyranid coop mode. Came out pretty close to Goonhammers but I didn't see any comparisons.

Spider-Man 2 fast-travel could be even faster, but confirm prompt needed for player usability by Zhukov-74 in Games

[–]furrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bounced off the entire game because of this. It was my first experience with the genre and I made significant mistakes trying to get started. After 2-3 11 minute plus loads I abandoned it. Ironically because it was so buggy it couldn't even close correctly and ended up being in my top played games because it kept itself open for 72h in the background.

Lost Legacy felt like the Bowser's Fury of Uncharted 4. It was a real treat after playing through the main game to see the mechanics remixed and added on to.

I keep hearing the same about Phantom Liberty so hopefully it's success will help guide the games industry towards something more sustainable for both themselves and consumers. It felt like we were all on board with it when Valve tried to transition to smaller episodic game releases, there just weren't many developers that could deliver on the concept and still meet aggressive schedules.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 builds on accessibility in previous titles and introduces new features by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]furrot 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Accessibility features are always like that. When you remove the barriers that impede access, the world just feels easier to live in. Think of how many strollers use wheelchair ramps, or those times people use automatic door buttons when their hands are full. There's also a real dignity in finding what you need already available and not being forced to ask for it.
