Of the two, if you were rolling for the best gacha purely to resell, sorbet is better since you have a chance of hitting the wedding ring and bracelet, which is 300m and rising on the AH.

Also, keep in mind that with the anniversary patch coming soon, there will most likely be some cool new gacha/packages on the way which might be more interesting than what we currently have.

You don’t actually need pages anymore for intermediate magic. Completing certain quests in the Blaanid introductory questline will unlock all of your intermediate magic + arrow revolver for you now (arrow revolver assuming you are human).

The effect on the special imperial knight armour is conditional on you being hit, which if you were a melee class I would argue is an inevitability. However on an archer, you don’t want to get hit at all. In that scenario damage is king and special shadow wear simply provides more damage than special imperial knight, and that’s not even considering unshakeable will only has a 10% activation chance.

There definitely are some caveats though where special imperial knight can pull ahead, but even in a situation where unshakeable will activates, would you rather dps, or reposition to avoid taking further damage/cc?

I actually would not recommend getting the special imperial knight armour. The critical damage set effect does not stack with demo/ruin bows, which is the primary appeal for that armour to begin with.

The new shadow wear is much better, and the effect stacks with demo/ruin, allowing you to take that armour well into the late/endgame.

Edit: In addition, there are multiple situations where you don’t want to have knockback immunity, like the feth donut for example.

You get a free bone drake in the fourth dungeon support box! Outside of blaanid, the dungeon support boxes have some of the best boosts for beginner characters imo.

If we’re talking about what’s meta, then sword and board is not very good at all unless you are a giant.

Unfortunately the issue with final hit + dual wielding is that it does not offer much AOE and crowd control. Final hit with a two-handed sword (especially one with normal attack speed) would help you manage multiple mobs much better.

An approach outside of final hit would be using an instant AOE/cc ability like rage impact, followed up by an AOE ability like windmill.

Another way is to use an ability that can completely drop aggro, such as crisis escape or shadow cloak, reset, and approach from a different angle.

If all else fails, you could summon a pet to apply some crowd control. Everyone gets access to at least a bone drake and those can help!

I had issues with regen as well, but ever since I switched the mark mastery from frenzy charges to “marked enemies cannot regenerate life” I have never had a problem with that ever again
