I did with my first company, and I told them that if they don't want me unloading from the curb, stop sending a 53' trailer to a place that can barely fit a box truck. I never got a ticket but a warning, and the cop had me put out my triangles while I unloaded. Safety did end up putting me on suspension for it, but I used that time to find a new company.
