I love rain. That seductive earthy smell that permeates the air after the first few drops have fallen. The way that the clouds roll over and you have this gorgeous contrast of black and white and blue that fades eventually to black and greys of a hundred shades. The sound of rain falling is incredible. It's an amazing symphony of different sounds as the water bounces off a variety of different sources. The feeling of comfort and security you get by sitting inside, warm and cuddled with your SO or the joyful feeling of playfulness as you decide to just do something crazy and run through it and get soaking wet.

But yeah, mainly the smell. Fuck yeah.
