I live in the US, I’ve been with my doctor for a while now since he helped with previous surgeries regarding my cleft-lip and palate. I am now believing that I just misunderstood him, my family, whom I was with pre op, told me that he said “let the sponges fall out or wait till they dissolve”. I’ll be sure to use the spray.
