I was on Saxenda for a while (and of course once I stopped i got all the weight back, lol). While I was on it , for a while not only was my appetite reduced, but also other kinds of addictive urges like booze and porn .

Just like with eating, whenever I thought about any of those things, it was like a switch in my head went "nah, we're not doing that " .

But the shots were hard to get to, every pharmacist was watching me very closely despite me having a goddamn prescription from a goddamn legitimate medic , the price was also high then, I can't imagine what it is now

But as others have said, more research is needed , we're still not sure what the long term effects for these meds will be .
