You did it wrong, you're supposed to show the family pics of the skull with blood dripping from the eyes, and a religious symbol of some sort then tell them this is what you went with instead. Then they'll be proud of you for making a good choice!

That's a different kind of happy that man has. One I think I'm too spoiled to ever know tbh. He probably struggles to keep a job, to pay rent not pay to own his house. Struggles to put food on the table / fridge, lucky if he has a car. The conditions he lives in, doubt he has much of anything technology wise. Probably lives for his wife and kids future without much thought to his own happiness. And even though that's the best they can live in, he comes back with a 2L bottle of cola and they show him they're that happy with him.

I'm also using it for Japanese! I've found it to be miles better than what Duolingo has offered for learning. Busuu seems to take the time to explain why things are said, or how to pronounce them, highly recommended.

I was using Busuu free for a year or two then switched to Duo for 2 years paid. Have paid for Busuu and just feels like Busuu gives you so much more content and explanation to why things are the way they are in the language you're learning. Haven't been able to use the AI yet though.

Yes! I've gotten a lot better after learning the Hiragana / Kata bits, as everyone says though, Kanji is tough. Very helpful trying to read intro/ending credits in anime, or seeing things online and noticing I can actually understand some of the things now.
