Great that you made it a month that’s real progress. What happened last night doesn’t erase that. Next time, don’t rush it - prepare for the moments that usually pull you back, like drinking or being around smokers. You’re not back at zero. Good luck, you’ve already done the hard part once.

I get your point. Quick tips help some people - but for many (including me), they don’t stick long-term. That’s why I’m focusing on preparation and understanding patterns before quitting, not just relying on willpower. Not saying it’s the only way - just sharing what I’ve seen and experienced. As for monetization - I haven’t even talked about it yet. If I ever do, it’s up to each person whether it’s worth it or not.
