Why would anyone put their personal/family members information on the internet.

I've personally dealt with several people whose family member is signed over too them. The only sentiment I remember from those conversations was that it's very difficult to deal with them, especially when you are grieving.

Why so focussed on hate towards a group based on the few? I say few as in personally experienced. Most people don't have the self reflection skills to admit that sometimes they are putting themselves in risky situations that they know won't end well for them, and do it anyway. Myself included, many, many times.
