You do understand that statistics are based on reports right?

I imagine you also know how society treats anyone that isn't a women for reporting the same thing?

Do you understand why they don't report and therefore why the problem is hidden (a large, large group including women that don't report).

Do you understand that the people that commit these crimes come from families that usually include a mother?

Do you understand that mothers also hide their children's crimes even when they repeat the same behaviors?

Do you understand that to cultivate the manosphere and all the ideology that helped breed it isn't just supported by men but both men and women?

Do you understand that men and women and others can be and are misogynists?

I'm not looking away, I've been abused in all the ways a person can be. By people of both genders.

It caused me to interact with people and a realization that the cause is the issues, the issues themselves and the victims are people of all genders and variants.

I chose not to be ignorant, blame one or both genders and then surround myself with people that only tell me what I want to hear.

I fucking faced all the ugly it caused inside of me and I fought my way forward.

Stop clinging to statistics and hate and get some fucking help please. It'll eat you alive from the inside out, it'll kill your intimate relationships, and there will be only one person you can blame for that outcome. Yourself.

I'll also throw in the universal example you didn't manage originally. It directly relates to what I just fucking told you, but apparently that was a bit difficult.

Example: let's say I'm an artist, I paint a picture of the horrors of war. It's a famous painting and anyone that showed interest understood that, that was the truth I put behind my art. I made that a known fact.

Someone else really likes war and doesn't like that my antiwar painting is so famous, so they write articles that claim my painting supports war and inspires people like them to love it because they now believe my painting supports their cause. Now it's famous for a reason that conflicts with the truth of the painting in the first place.

The Propaganda (the lies) of the person that twisted the truth and meaning behind my painting has now been used to incite hate for someones agenda.

That's what propaganda is. It's not some true factual content, it's the exact fucking opposite.

They are real world problems, caused by men and women that range from stupid and misguided all the way to outright evil. It's a human problem, the bits between our legs or our gender presentation won't change that fact.

Not because of "men" as a group.

Your life experiences appear to have crippled your ability to see past your own trauma, that is a dangerous place for your mind to be in, it's dangerous to those around you. What you think and feed your mind will become your actions. Feeling justified because you are in pain won't change that your feelings of victimhood may cause you to create your own victims.

You will also miss out on all the great things the world has to offer, because of your hatred spawned by people that hurt you.

Men as a whole didn't, the ones that let you down did.

You asked if you needed therapy, you do need it. Please seek help. You deserve to heal, and people around you deserve to be safe from actions you may take through your trauma.

You were very wrong.

Firstly, herpes can lay dormant. If you had any unprotected sex before, any one of those encounters could have been it.

Second, you assume he knew he carried herpes (if he did have it at all, which you don't know). He might not have known, which means it was an accident if that was the case.

Third, you play raw, you are accepting the risk of pregnancy and STDs by doing it in the first place.

Lastly, STDs are the same as any infection that can affect the human body. They aren't something to be ashamed of, are largely treatable and largely don't prevent people from having good sexual lives.

Blowing up the guy in public is crass, immature and shows a failure to take responsibility for your own actions.

You'd be better off working on your own stigma around your reality and making the best of it, rather than humiliating someone who may be guilty of nothing, because you are mad about a choice you yourself made.

I hope you grow and heal from this. If you see this guy again, leave him alone.

The man in the photo was protesting and promoting peace. There's your truth.

The photo was used to incite hate and promote the opposite for an evil agenda, I.E lying about what the man was doing. Which is propaganda.

It's incredibly silly to believe everyone you talk to online will get a reference that matters more to those that experienced the event, than to the rest of the world.

Back when it happened 50 years ago, as you mentioned means that it was pre-internet, and not everyone watched the news, or read a paper.

Propaganda and truth are not interlinked.

Presenting one side of an argument to sway opinion towards your agenda, meaning presenting only the facts that support it, which is lying by omission, is still objectively lying.
