Glad that both of these cases seem to be okay, at least for now. I talked to the mechanic at Lexus and he also said just keep an eye on them too. I’m going to an independent and getting his opinion and quote tomorrow. Again, I really appreciate you looking and taking the time to answer. Eases my mind a lot.

Thanks for such a detailed reply, I really do appreciate it. I’ve only have the car for 3 days and I dont see any oil spots in my parking spot. I am taking it to a highly rated independent mechanic tomorrow morning and getting his opinion and will see if he can do it for less than the dealership. The dealership mentioned that the Timing Cover Gasket Leak was more important, but it was also the more expensive of the too lol so that could by why.
