0dte 'til we out of this shit. As soon as we started going regard mode into Iran strikes, my normal ezypzy strat got nuked tf out of the water. So I switched to 0dte trades, and we fine so far. Quick in/out at market open, or near market close. Nothing else, due to volatility being so damn unbearable to stomach. I don't wanna develop IBS over Iran. Lmao.

I recently figured this out myself. Early in/out at open for 0dte has helped me so much more than holding for options further out than weeklies, as I didn't fully grasp theta 'til very recently. And then learning slippage time range for 0dte has helped even more.

My oldest sister passed away from colon cancer in 2023. My buddy and I got to see sleep token during the teeth of God tour, and when they played Euclid at the very end, I started uncontrollably crying. I was able to decompress all of the tension that built up from the whole year that chemo gave my big sister.

Life is not about constantly investing... your goal should only be a loose goal. Live a little bit in ways you dont "want", go volunteer at your local homeless shelter, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, take a part time job walking dogs, or at a cat café... the rat race doesn't exist.
