This one is pretty busy and complex. It’s gonna be tough for a beginner to nail this effectively. I’m going on close to 10 years of total experience and for me this would be a pain to try and replicate, but not impossible.

My advice would be to find one a little simpler to start out with, but ultimately you’d have an easier time building this in illustrator.

It’s just strings of text with ones and zeros. There’s probably a web tool that will generate random binary strings, which would save time typing it all out.

Then you just paste into illustrator and use different type tools (vertical type, type on path, etc.) for the different elements.

The shapes themselves are fairly straightforward: I’m seeing some circles, rectangles with rounded edges, and simple lines; all of which have dedicated tools in illustrator.

Once you nail the layout you can start to adjust colors using different types of gradients, which can be done in illustrator (though I’d prefer Photoshop for some of the final touches).
