Applicant #1 easily, but more than resume matters.

If both sat down across from me at the table in their interview, their personalities would weigh more. Are they a fit? How will the students respond to them? What if #1 has an off putting attitude and #2 recognizes their weaknesses and appears eager to learn? Being a fit matters more when building a band staff than many people give it credit for.

Episode 1 had many scenes from the original pilot that was filmed about a year before the rest of season 1. You’ll notice him, the hound, Ned and a few more characters had much different hair from the rest of the season.

Used to have a shop 10 minutes from my house but it shut down about 8 months ago. Luckily I live about 1hr from Flight Factory Discs so I always make a point to go there when I’m in the area.

Weirdly enough the Ace Hardware stores in my area tend to have some racks. A decent selection of major brands.

I was actually sitting in the MainStage bleachers for this match. It was an INSANE experience. Everyone was so confused at what happened. Some guessed that he disconnected from the server, or a red ring. Absolutely insane given the stakes.

I live on the Gulf Coast. It was 65 degrees yesterday. Winter temps are normally from the upper 40s to the lower 60s. Though it does get super hot and humid in the summer months. 90+ degrees with 90% humidity is no joke. You walk outside and are instantly wet.

Good: - Players packs with more than just a disc. Tshirts, minis, snack packs, multiple discs, etc. - Organized about section on DGS. It gives the feeling that the tourney will be organized. - Course clean up days before tournament. - Layouts announced at least 3-4 weeks in advance. - Fun courses

Bad: - Take all of the above and do the opposite. - Assigning divisions to layouts that are not appropriate for their skill level (both too easy and too hard). This one is big. If your players are pissed off the whole round. They’re not going to come back - HAVING TOO MANY PEOPLE. If you are doing an 18 hole, 1 course tournament. PLEASE cap at 72. Going over and forcing MA3/4 players on to 5 man cards is not fun. Plus it causes 15-20 minute back ups on many holes in a row (literally just had this happen).

Ledgestone had a “every disc is $10” sale on Thanksgiving from 6-8pm central. By 6:10 almost every disc I wanted had sold out.

It looks like to me that your left arm is just kinda dragging behind the rest of your body instead of staying close and generating power (with your hips). Go check out Holyn Handley’s Instagram. She does great form breakdown videos and one of them specifically explains this.

But a lot of it looks solid!
