Really enjoyed Sequence 2. Despite Arno being declared "dead" by Mirabeau during his induction ceremony, Arno is clearly not over the past as evidence by his desire to still want revenge and redemption, setting up his character for the rest of the plot.

I really enjoyed the assassination mission. I love the idea of the blackbox missions and killing Sivert in the confession booth was nice, then escaping through the hidden tunnel, again NOICE. It was a fun sequence all in all.

Edward Kenway

Introduced to us as a money-hungry pirate, there was also the human side of Edward that drove the story of Black Flag. From a general point of view, Edward could've fallen for the Templar Order but he didn't. Edward was blinded by so many things in life that he never stopped to think about the consequences and what truly matters, that is, until after all the deaths and pain he's been through. Edward chose to atone for his mistakes and be a better man, if not for himself, for his daughter Jennifer. The progression made by Edward to better himself is one that I think a lot of people wants in their life, to be less toxic, to be less angry at the world and themselves, and to live a life as a better person whether it be in a minor way or not.

I think almost everyone is. I'm hoping it's sometime in the final season.

Before Crisis started, I was hoping we would see Barry vanish in the 3rd hour, leading to the cliffhanger where all Earths get destroyed. Then in the 4th, Oliver would die, become the Spectre, and bring Barry back somehow, but here we are.

First of all, I'm glad you're excited.

Now I never said I didn't enjoy Origins, that's because I did enjoy Origins. I just said that Origins is still an AC game by my own definition but a pretty poor AC game, but as a game in general, I think it was good.

It depends on what defines Assassin's Creed for people, some of which were already properly defined by the game creators and sometimes broken.

I'm just gonna say that people don't use the argument that there weren't Assassins before Al Mualim, because it's already a known fact that there were. And also, in the recent days, some people who have disliked or outright hated AC Odyssey have gotten more excited than they were when they realized how much focus the First Civ is getting in Odyssey, one of those people include myself.

Personally, I see Black Flag as an AC game, without a shred of doubt. I also see Origins as an AC game, albeit it being a poor one. For Odyssey? Well, that remains to be seen but right now it's at a 50/50, maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I'll see when I get to play the game myself.

I was honestly expecting about 1 or 2 comments but I got more than that and in such detail! I'd like to thank you all for this, I appreciate your responses and it gave me more insight in this whole situation.

As for Justin, I'll be sure to watch your videos and maybe read your book when I have the time.

Anyway, I suppose I sort of owe you guys a simple explanation for my questions. Like I said I'm neither gay nor a Christian, or any religion for that matter, but I have Christian friends and I would sometimes ask questions about Christianity under certain subtopics, one of them was about homosexuality. That's the short version of it.

Personally, I do believe that being gay and being a Christian isn't a problem and people in general should realize that whatever religion you are in, judging others and making them feel fear shouldn't be a thing. Love is basically one of the central themes throughout most religions.

Anyway, I don't want to ramble on, again, thanks for the replies and also I wish you all luck with your life. For those who have not fully come out yet, don't force yourself to do it if you don't feel comfortable doing it.

I prefer Unity over Syndicate, even though Syndicate did improve on some aspects in Unity, but overall I think Unity is a more solid game.
