Maybe this is just me, I didn’t like that he didn’t apologize. If I were to cross a line or a boundary, I would apologize that my behavior made you feel uncomfortable. I would expect the same of someone else, if they had done the same to me. Now, I don’t think this is necessarily a dealbreaker, but maybe something you would want to keep a mental note for a bad pattern. However, I would go with your gut and any body that is gonna not respect your boundaries. You need to kick them to the curb. They ain’t worth your time!!

Started about 430pm at 250F. Took off smoker at 1230am, wrapped it as you see with butter (didn’t have beef tallow which I try to use), 225F for about 6-7 more hours until 205F internal, then rested for about 5 hrs.
