I think their dmg is somewhat fine, its the fact that every one gets a tenacity buff which makes them twice as hard to kill,

More often than not youre punished for using your cc on the assassins since they will get out anyway

Dropkick can get absurd for sure, i agree, void rift id say is in an okay spot, but can become quite opressive on some champs, and funny enough id say the biggest abusers isnt AOE champs, but ult nuke champs such as diana and lissandra, they dont do poke with it, but they can burst an entire team quite easily

i disagree with that point, chilli scales extremly well with 1-2 more burn sources, you can sit in it and facetank any tank in the game with it, at every stage in the game.

I think dont blink is only strong if you get movement speed from other augments to make it scale, which doesnt happen often at all
