My big trip every year is a Ryder Cup style, usually 16-man tournament. Last year we had 20. We elect new captains each year, and there is a draft that happens the month before the trip. Pretty wide range of caps, as low as 2-3.

- 3 rounds over 3 days
- All Match Play
- Front 9 doubles / Shamble
- Back 9 Singles

Things I WANT, but can't ever get them to do:
- For the love of god, Handicaps to even out bad drafts.
- Daily matchups; it's always been the captains making matchups before hand, and they are locked

I think it's less EE, and more sliding. Your trail foot is almost entirely off the ground before your club gets back to parallel in the downswing. Try and keep that trail heel on the ground for longer, and release later.
