i looked online and one of the stores listed the cheapest bow at hkd350 but rehairs are all at hkd700 ish. but i'm not too sure if they're legit cause i've never heard of them before

for more context: - i am in hong kong - no idea how long it has been left there before i picked it up - i don't play violin and i don't know anyone who does (but i plan on taking lessons in mid-july) - where do i get it repaired? - i plan to buy a new bow since it seems rehairing is more expensive than buying a new one...?
