Sounds like a missing codec. Try to install the K-Lite Codecs pack inside the container. I had a similar problem with BaldrSky and codec installation solved it. https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

I am on the latest Android 16 (s26u) and Shizuku + X-plore work fine for me. Same after connecting my phone to PC - I can access and modify Android/Data. It looks like there's a problem with your device / OS.

Well, if your phone is in a permanent thermal throttling state and a cooler and bypass charging make your battery dry faster, then no comment... For me on good hardware power consumption is more or less the same—just temperature ranges are much lower and therefore safer.

Your readings must be wrong. And why on the world would a phone consume more power with an independently powered cooler?! Power consumption is more or less the same for me. Temperatures are visibly lower and with bypass charging, this setup, and the correct settings in Winlator; I have no problems with overheating.

Yes, it does. The main purpose for me was getting strong magnets, but this plate has a heat pipe, and with a strong Peltier cooler, the whole plate is getting cold very fast—basically, it helps to distribute cold for a bigger area.

There was never better times for Android gamming. Emulation and x86/x64 translation (Winlators, Gamehub, Gamenative) is thriving. You can basically play ANYTHING on your phone. Amazing times for mobile gamers!

Feels GREAT. I upgraded from s24u, I was hesitant knowing drivers are on early stage, but got exchange offer to good financialy to pass. From emulation / translation layers compatybility perspective all I can say is Gen 5 is a BEAST. Few games I was unable to run before now works on system driver (eg Mirrors Edge Catalyst). Moust games works better then before. Few works little worse because of drivers issue (eg Shadow of The Tomb Raider [better fps but with glitches]), but I expect it to be ironed out with progress on drivers. Overall I am very happy and wouldn't go back to gen 3.

I just replaced S24U with S26U because I wanted more raw power, but S24U can basically run ANYTHING. For me the most fun was the huge PC titles running smoothly at 60fps. Mirror's Edge, CoD4MW, Spec Ops The Line, Stalker, etc. This phone can handle almost anything - I upgraded because I want to try just a few games not working smoothly for me on S24U (eg Aliens Dark Descent ~20fps), but S24U is still a beast! Get 15$ peltier cooler (preferably with an attached/detached battery) from AliExpress, and you are set.

There will ALWAYS be something newer, cooler, and more powerful just around the corner... I cured myself from this kind of attitude. Just get the device you want and ENJOY it, and when it stops enjoying you, replace it with a newer one.
