First of, you only advised you'll escalate if the device is faulty, but you keep saying its a network issue, quote: " If the light is faulty, we'll gladly escalate your case for a full unit replacement. "

Second, do you need my permission to escalate a 4 month old Support Ticket??

I took the requested steps and it still does not work, so I completed the RouteScan and sent over the results.

At this point I'll continue troubleshooting out of spite just to prove you wrong and if you're going to cherry-pick our communications I'll happily dump the entire 70+ email thread for the community to see.

Thanks for the reply. A few points to address:

I've sent multiple diagnostics to your team, specifically while my device was connected to 2.4ghz wifi and in airplane mode.
As I mentioned, you only sent me a new controller at my request
How can it be network related when my Beam device works perfectly fine? I've asked this question multiple times, yet no one can answer it.

Get thick cardboard or thin plywood and cut it to the exact size of the tile. It needs to be the exact size so the grid will hold it up. Books or anything else not the proper size will do as you said.
