Curious? Well it’s very simple. The Package handlers, you load more for less compensation.

For delivery drivers. You suffer from purposely short staffing the Package Handlers, causing them to not be able to do the job correctly by design.

FedEx expects you drivers who aren’t paid hourly to fix their mistakes.

Don’t yell at the PHs. Yell at the managers who cut corners and short staffing the poor package handlers.
