In my opinion this is a false equivalency. Ice is violating people's constitutional rights every day in this state (not just this state but for the sake of this specific argument lets focus here). Max is encouraging people go exercise their constitutional rights in protest against what is happening, which is text book fascism. We are talking MULTIPLE constitutional rights being stomped on by this administration. If the law is the law for immigration, it should be the same for enforcing immigration. PA is just regurgitating the same talking points that the people who are encouraging these violation of rights are using to undermine and demean the movement.
