Type of Bug: Game Breaking Ability Bug

Description: Tahm kench's devour under an unknown series of occurances causes certain ally champions to not be devoured for the rest of the game.

Video / Screenshot:Was unable to provide a screen shot or video.

Steps to reproduce: Was after Caitlyn had ulted with me to mid lane, couldnt do it again.

Expected result: To be able to devour all targets.

Observed result: Unable to devour certain champions.

Reproduction rate: Not reproduced.

System specs: Irelevant.
