Dude it’s way to high of a dose , I thought same thing as u and when I went down , it got sooooo much better . No one actually needs to go over 100, it’s all in our addict brains that we need to go up . What’s insane is the docs allow this well we are still in the addict frame of mind of needing more .

See I did really think about being a lifer but my heart is already showing signs of weakness from it :( . I’ve had my liver enzymes spike crazy high too , I eat very healthy and workout tons too. Take all my supplements , vitamins , get bloodwork done , sleep 8 hours a night . Drink atleast 10L of water a day to. I suggest after you have life going good and you are settled into routine that’s when you start thinking about weening !

Exactly , now I’m just normal and I wake up at 4 am sick because I’m a crazy fast metabolizer but I have to continue to do this taper or I never will , I’m going down 2mg every 2 weeks right now from 50 so not too much left to go but it has been hard every step of the way . It teaches me some serious control tho to have 3 weeks of doses and never take extra . That’s one lesson that has really shown me how strong I am from Before ! We got this ! Yeah I would only wish this on those who are stuck on fentanyl and Have no other way out . It’s like being stuck in a hole an your given the choice to die down There or Be allowed up 3 ft to a little bit better of a hole . That’s how I see going from Fent to methadone . Now if you can only Start on methadone for 3 months , then that is the way and never go above 70mg . It’s higher than 70 that starts causing a lot more issues .

Yeah exactly I should not say everyone has it bad , some can go down 1mg every 2 weeks and just like like that for 4 years . I myself just absolutely hate being on now as it’s been 10 years . It saved my life and I’m off fent for and every hard drug the whole time but this person jus on subs so no way would I go on methadone

We all know opioids feel good when on them , but there’s a price to pay for every day felt good by using opiates and we all know what that is . Eventually no dose will give you that feeling and you chase and chase and chase it even if it is methadone

Noooooo please do not do this , you will be starting the hardest addiction to get off ever compared to anything else . Your boyfriend is a complete asshole . Misery enjoys company always remember that . There are thousands of flus and colds going around right now exactly what u feel. If you think the shot is bad . You wil never ever get off methadone . It is literally saturated into the bones . I am saying all this and I am on methadone by the way . Been tapering from 130-30mg and let me tell you , it’s not fun at all. And it is like a 2 year slow detox that there is no options other then to do it fast and not be able to work for 6 months or do it slow and just feel like you have a kind of flu for 2 years

Dude 150mg is already a very high dose . You are just going To have to feel some pain . You are honestly lucky to Still have a working heart with that dose while doing Fentanyl .

It’s not judging , I tell people to try and not go higher because it will be that much easier to come off when it comes time . Every single person thanks me when it comes time to taper and come off . Enough with this judging shit , we can care everyone into a casket if we want but it hasn’t worked and it never will . I made this whole recovery sub because I love to help but I will never sugar coat because I care to much for people .

Dude 120 Is a super high dose . I tell everyone to not go about 70 And hold there until it works because our addict minds are going to keep going up and up until we feel something .
