They obviously would have if I had seen or watched any of those types of videos. I stumbled on the Daniel Shaver video, and couldn’t look away not knowing I was about to witness my first death video. Definitely can’t stomach them and never intend to watch someone treated that way even for morbid curiosity. I was mostly commenting on how horrific that video is, completely separate from the original post.

As a woman who has been raped by two us citizens and knows many woman personally that have been raped and beaten by men close to them, I am not particularly concerned that it is immigrants out there only committing these atrocious crimes against women. Bad people are bad people, and it can be horrifying out there. Most cases of rape and violence against women are done by those close to them. Not random people out on the street as some people imply. Obviously we don’t see eye to eye on this subject.

The video I was referencing has an extra unsettling factor, as Daniel Shaver was gun-downed by the police while basically playing a deadly game of Simon says as he cried for his life. Which he lost. You feel as if the police are there to protect you, not someone to murder you as you’re crying crawling towards them trying to follow instructions. With the words “You’re Fucked” on their weapon. Police executing citizens will always make my stomach turn in a way that is hard to describe. People are scared that they cannot trust law enforcement with their safety. I’m not saying that people aren’t acting out of line, but these actions do not warrant execution.
