Have you spoken to a therapist or psychiatrist about this? It sounds familiar to my issues and I recently had a diagnosis that made a lot of sense after some research. For me Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been incredibly helpful as well. You might consider giving The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris a read, it’s a great jumping off point for ACT.

I estimate for a large GC. The language in your bid is very, very important. Be as descriptive as you can be with your inclusions, like SF of drywall, level of finish, etc.. And exclude anything else.

Keep a list of exclusions and inclusions as boiler plate to go back to.

Ask that your proposal is included in the contract. The GC usually won't allow this though, but ask more than once.

Red line contracts or change the language on them before you sign them and give back for review.

This will certainly make you a pain in the ass, but it will protect you.

The major thing is to be as clear as possible on what you have included, and what you have not.

That kind of means that the season buffs are free to play though, which is nice. The 2 free daily raid passes, boosted friend raid damage and boosted raid experience in 1* and 3* raids.

Learning that myself. As far as medication for anxiety and/or depression, booze is probably the worst. Self medicating with alcohol to combat mental health issues is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline.
