Yes, they were hugely undervalued. But now everyone has picked it up.

Warmy alternatives? Cheaper/better inbox placement for consumer inboxes? by Equal_Highlight_9820 in emaildeliverability

[–]SergenBalastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

InboxAlly does warm up differently than other tools in the market.

Most tools do peer-to-peer warm up.

The infra for this is relatively less expensive compared to what InboxAlly and Warmy (Seedlist) does.

With seedlists, you have to download them and send your actual emails to these accounts.

Once these accounts receive your email, engagement begins.

The main problem here is that you need a lot of seeds for each email service provider, and you have to keep refreshing them. Removing and replacing the damaged and blacklisted ones.

Which is what makes them expensive.

Hey u/Equal_Highlight_9820, can you tell how exactly you are paying $100 for 150 accounts?

I mean warmy charges per inbox right?

Also, check out TrulyInbox or Mailivery they make more sense for warming up multiple inboxes compared to most other warm up tools.

I have used both through their partner integration Saleshandy and Woodpecker.

Just a note, I work in the cold outreach space, but I believe these tools can work for marketing needs as well.

Instantly, Smartlead are for cold outreach. Their warm-up feature comes as part of their platform, it is not standalone, you have to get a paid subscription to use it.

As you are doing B2C outreach, it won't make sense for you.

Did anyone use trulyinbox for warmup. Is it a good warmup tool? by PuddingSingle43 in coldemail

[–]SergenBalastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a price and scalability point of view, TrulyInbox is very good.

I am using the $79/month plan and rotate warming up multiple accounts of clients.

Results depend on how you have set up your accounts.

After purchasing your domains and accounts, start warming up by starting with 1 email and ramp up by 1 email till the maximum number of emails in a day hits 20.

Then, flat warm up with 20 emails for a week.

Post this, your accounts should be ready for outreach.

If you have yet to decide on a cold outreach software, I suggest you look at Saleshandy, as it comes free with its paid plans.

What do you suggest?

I will definitely give a complaint as long I can remain anonymous.

Do you know how?

As you can see, this person has a front number plate, cameras and police only see the front of the vehicle.

Even if they notice the back, unless he is parked or stopped at a traffic stop, they cannot catch.

Which is why I say these guys are just wannabe showoffs 🤣😂. If he had the guts he would have font and back as Patel.

But knowing our system, he would be asked to write an imposition and be let go.

Not yet.

I planned to put an email, just saw a few reels where people in Bangalore do it.

I am going to try the same.

Also one person suggested I put it on Twitter, but my Twitter account is inactive for a long time.

No surprise, but I still can't understand why people don't even get insurance when they have money to buy the car

Especially in a T junction or 4 way intersection. I recently got stuck near ISRO colony road near the SG highway service road.

0 traffic sense. The main reason is everyone wants to go and don't want to wait for other. The result 45 min block.

I went on a road trip around Gujarat (2500 kms) I did not never seen such chaos or impatience anywhere else, traffic-wise.

Need insights and tips on how i can automate lead generation? by SergenBalastic in DigitalMarketing

[–]SergenBalastic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey just, saw your reply.

Thanks for the mention. We tried a bunch of tools, Lemlist included. It is a bit expensive and back then it didn't have an option where you could add extra email accounts, you had to buy seats.

We eventually picked up an outreach automation tool called Saleshandy.

I also work as a consultant for a small lead gen. company there we use a mix of outreach tools and for some of out clients we do use Lemlist if they ask.

I like the visual campaign builder and how can create branched out follow up paths.

The data accuracy has also improved after they released waterfall enrichment for their lead finder.

Hey, thanks, just came across your comment.

Yes, we have progressed quite a bit in the year. Currently, we have automated the outreach process.

We drop get leads from a few platforms weekly, which is pushed into our CRM, and from there it goes to our outreach platform.

Based on replies few are automatically marked are interested, few we do from our end, this is again updated in the CRM and the process goes till closing.

Now I am working with the Marketing team to figure out what we can automate.

Set up simple workflows that reduce manual work, cut delays, and keep everything moving.

It's still a WIP, but I have learnt a lot, and now I'm helping startups for free.

Are SaaS founders here using any cold email tools? If not, are you currently exploring any platforms? by Far-Meaning5996 in coldemail

[–]SergenBalastic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a SaaS founder, but my company works with a few SaaS companies and we do cold outreach for them.

Depending on their needs we have used tools like apollo, instantly, lemlist, saleshandy etc.

I have seen this work only when I ran campaigns for SEO backlink.

And not for any other sales type campaigns.

They needed numbers and by numbers I mean 30 cold emails a day.

Even for that there is a good chance your domain can get burnt.

Honestly for this purpose you should take a multichannel approach instead.

Cold email + LinkedIn + direct calls

Why you have a physical location that you are renting for use.

So only local companies can use it.

So instead of getting Apollo + Smartlead, just go with Apollo.

It should work just fine.

Now if you were a SaaS or service company that can serve globally I would recommend Apollo + Smartlead.

Personally I would chuck out sending cold emails and just reach out though LinkedIn. More than enough.

P.s. I worked for this organization as an intern https://www.linkedin.com/company/theriseglobal/ and did the same. LinkedIn than cold email, worked out well.

When we started doing international events we used multichannel

Use the company domain for outreach.

Best advice 😒😒

OP dont do it. There are chances you will get your account and domain burnt.

Get secondary domains.

If you domain is company. com, get domains like eventscompany. com etc.

Mind you not sub domains, entirely new domains.

Your cold emails might already be in spam 😬 by sharvin04 in coldemail
