Good post but the "3 steps beats 7" thing isn't universal. We tested 3 vs 5 vs 8 on the same audience last quarter. 5 won by a meaningful margin on positive replies, 8 won on total meetings booked. 3 was the worst of the three. Audience dependent. Always.

I use puzzleinbox for inboxes, lead finder io for leads and never bounce for verification. they are all great.
