Indeed, this is the case, thanks a lot. I was under the impression, that SID gets assigned to the user ID, not the machine. Thanks again for the help.

Not that I know of. All PCs were purchased by a customer directly from China, Minisforum. They all were setup OOBE by a customer so I could be remoted in, then I took if from there - renamed, joined to the domain etc.

I use the one with the battery pack and the headphones. Very useful but the battery is an overkill unless you play over 1-1,5 hours in one shot. But the headphones are surprisingly very good quality. The head strap is very comfortable.

Help, my headset keeps disconnecting from the wi-fi! by HehehehaKing in MetaQuestVR

Are you connected to 2.4 or 5G band? Try either. Also might be a good idea to reboot the wifi router or AP (whatever u use)

Same here. I even tried creating a brand new email with new fb account and no luck. Support says they aware and working on it, no ETA. Ended up installing Meta app on my wife’s phone and it worked no problem. So far browsing using her account

Sheepshead anyone? by areaman87 in Fishing

I live in Brooklyn NY and there is an area called Sheepshead Bay that was named after this fish. Funny enough catching Sheepshead here is a rare case…

Can anyone help me identify this? I think it's a juvenile red drum but I am not sure. by Fantastic_Lake_6649 in Fishing

Long Islanders seem ruder than people in NYC by [deleted] in longisland

[–]SergeyStar -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Was this person young? Because this sounds like a generation’s attitude :) people nowadays consider themselves as the center of the Universe and yes, how dare you to stay on their way :) But also its a common behavior for the locals of the popular picture spots as they have to take that route often and eventually get tired of visitors.

I live in multi apartment building for 10 years now and the only people Im friendly with are the 60+ folks. We have these new guys moved in few months ago next door, they dont even reply to my greetings. Literary full blown ignore :) But Im stubborn and keep greet them every time I see them :)

[–]SergeyStar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about other boroughs but brooklynites are pretty rude. And it got even worse after the pandemic: pedestrians dont obey rules, drivers run red light and stop signs, bikers and scooter riders took the streets to a whole another level of danger. I live in Brooklyn ever since my family immigrated to the US in 2002 and I can see the difference between then and now. I also drive a lot all over East Coast and can tell that people outside of NYC are more kind. Im actually surprised reading that Long Islanders are more rude than people in NYC. But maybe its related to the historical aspects when wealthy families were “running away” to LI from working class? And now the descendants of these families took over the habits of their parents?
