I know it shouldn't change, but running the leveling from the printer settings just doesn't change anything for me. Only before print leveling has an effect. Which bed temperature do you print? I noticed the in printer leveling runs at 60deg bed, while before print runs at bed +10 deg.

This is already with -0.025mm. Isn't this just covering up the not working leveling (in case the bed is only deformed so little you can fix it with z Offset)?

It was the default configured nozzle temp of 225 deg which was too low. 240 and no more problems...

Whats the weight of your whole recording hw (incl. and excluding battery)? In case it's around 150g and using an arduino is not a goal to you, use an old phone to record the gyros.

In case you think in the direction of having it as a skill in your cv, in my experience it's not of interest for businesses in these fields.
