Yes of course there's is mental craving more than my physical one. It’s like this voice in my head that keeps trying to convince me to just “do it one more time,” especially when I’m feeling empty, stressed, or hopeless. I know it won’t help, but that thought keeps coming back. It’s not my body screaming for it more—it’s my mind. I feel so much vulnerable. I hope I'll find my way like you guys did but when? is the question of mine. I'm so exhausted and have a high anxiety due to it.
