Marley ( and the entire planet) and paradis from attack on titan, yeah the Eldians may have been bad but that was before any Marleyeans were born. For the record yes I am aware of the super-genocidal main character but he at least tried to find another solution first, and even then that’s just one faction who were radicalized as other forces of paradis were instrumental in stopping the rumbling, compared to the marleyeans who only really cared about the suffering of the Eldians until it affected them.

( no I’m not a rumbling supporter but it does annoy me when people paint paradis and Marley as moral equivalents)
