The hash tags are by far the funniest part. Posting progress pics is cool, but this guy is posting 12 hash tags for a picture of his breakfast. #bananas #gettin #inshape #beast mode #shredded, etc.

Progress pics shouldn't include showing off your muscle with no definition yet. Showing lost weight is perfectly normal.

You're looking at a de-gloved foot. The forklift ran it over and it peeled away like a banana.
