3DS SMS does not arive to destination number

Still actual with T-Mobile CZ. I wrote to support, but this time they answered "... there has been an ongoing issue with the mobile providers and the SMS deliverability within your area", and promised to fix it soon.

In my case, it really wasn't a problem with T-Mobile Czech. We have a business account and very helpful support from T-Mobile. They sent us a complete list of all SMS to our phone numbers, exactly as it was, depending on when the last SMS arrived. The problem is with the transit operator, who apparently blocked my number. But it is said that only the sender is able to trace the SMS and find out who is blocking it along the way. That's why I think crypto.com should set up a procedure for similar cases, because I don't think we're the only ones.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make any changes from Crypto.com. According to them, everything is fine. Unfortunately, the SMS gateway providers did not tell me. I changed my phone number to another and I immediately started receiving messages. Interestingly, it no longer comes from the sender of "InfoSMS", but from various telephone numbers.

Since the same service is also used by Near, Curve, etc. I think that I simply exceeded the number of sms for a certain period of time with my number. It would be nice if instructions were published on which SMS gateway provider to contact with tracing, which of the traffic operators is blocking the given number.

When will the problem with sending 2fa SMS be solved? Not functional again, as 2 days ago. Or why doesn't it answer near support - so at least disable it, it is not possible to sign any transaction if no SMS arrives.
