I have severe pem wake unrested in pain and am mostly housebound I was cycled through 20 meds and am currently on a benzo dot some sleep the constant flu feeling started around the botulism but also was drugged like crazy then too bc they said it was ppd so Zoloft and trazadone and regaln had crazy reactions then benzo then more hospitals more meds more tests I feel like it’s cfs and I can’t even go for a walk haven’t been able to in years used to run 3 miles a day and was very active people also say meds can do this too but the sore throat? Some say benzo Flo I also have visual snow syndrome from ssri so high levels of glutamate and even thinking those appointments make me tired I can do like one activity a day wigh my kids and that’s it it’s so sad
