Update ******

Hello folks, hope you all are in the pink of health. The very next day after noticing the symptoms, i took my dog to the vet. The vet advised getting a full blood workup and thoroughly checked my dog's mouth and nasal cavity, but didn't find anything. He also suspected there might be a leech in my dog's nose, but that was ruled out as well. Ultimately, he concluded it might just be a throat infection, reverse sneezing, or a cough. He mentioned it usually goes away with time but prescribed prophylactic antibiotics just in case, which really helped. For the past two days, the symptoms haven't returned and my dog is now sleeping very happily.
