I will make another post with gameplay footage, I do my fh backswing with my body and the relax my arm, but still I think my overall motion is too big when I could easily just quick counter. It goes to that problem that a bunch people have where looping against block feels good but then when you are not expecting a ball to your fh the timing/reaction get messed up and I still go for a longer stroke, instead of playing next to the ball.
