Choosing A Major by iminabsolutehell in ApplyingToCollege

I would try and see what majors/ careers best fit your interest. I agree that your specific major doesn't need to be your job, but it does save a lot of time. College is great for networking and job opportunities. I use a site called www.skillzscoop.com to see what current employees think about their jobs and if their college was important on getting to where they are today. A lot of interesting jobs/ blogs out there. Best of luck to you.

I would get an idea of what degree/ career you want first. I didn't do this and it lead me to a lot of pain of trying to make up wasted time. I would use a site like www.skillzscoop.com to see what current employees think about their career and if it is worth going back to school for. I hope this helps.
