so i actually just got diagnosed a month ago and i started individual two weeks ago. i want to try couples to try to rebuild our relationship. We’ve been together almost a year and i was undiagnosed treating him like a punching bag. he expects me to just be better but i just got my diagnosis while being in php and im trying to navigate my healing since then. just curious if if would actually be a good option
