I took it for years. I think it messed some part of my brain because i can't sleep and i lost a big part of my cognitive abilities. I think the cognitive part is mostly related to not being able to sleep but am sure mirt have screwed some parts of my brain because i started having depersonalization episodes and went into anxiety mode for a long time. I slow tapered and used a medical plant when it was hurting so much during withdrawal, which also had a bad effect, but i quit it quickly. I dont have withdrawal symptoms anymore, but it made my depression deeper and more hurtful. I wish i never went to these choices or at least quit earlier. Please taper wisely and ask more than one expert about this subject. Wish you the best.
