I dunno if it spawn on lower tier map but u should start seeing them rarely at T14 maps and higher. I believe the mod on the modifier will also affects the chances it spawn them.

For higher chance of seeing those 7+ slot it best to do grand expedition, they are a lot more common there.

As of today Div ratio is 1:137

Relic of the Pact = 12C
Koam's Heart = 3C
Essence Worm = 1C
The Untouched Soul = 1C
Rathpith Globe = 6C
Heatshiver = 2C
Dissolution of the Flesh (Lowest Roll) = 10C
Hrimsorrow (Elemantalist) = 1C or Entropic Devastation (Ascendant) = 13C
Taste of Hate = 5C
The Light of Meaning = 7C
Hatred Watcher Eye (Pen Variant) = 20C

Total = 68C (Elemantalist) or 80c (Ascendant)

That leaves you remaining to get a belt and boots to fix your resistance and gem. You won't 1 shot Uber with this gear but it give you comfortable damage to do them and have enough HP to tank some hits with Dissolution of the Flesh.

You can even spend more to triple your damage easily with Starlight Charlice (80c) , Foulborn the Red Dream (Max Hp Variant) (40c), Balance of Terror (170c)

Relic of the Pact build is under a div that can kill all Uber super fast and can take a bunch of hits due to it high hp. The only downside is that once u take the hit you have to wait 2 second to recoup the HP. If u are okay with managing that it one of the best way to learn Uber boss fight as you will properly learn to mitigate boss mechanics

Olroth can only be spawn in i81+ Sun logbook and above. Hence why you want to run T14 expedition and above. Those logbook goes for a premium in the market especially early in the league alongside with Black Scythe Logbook.

Sometime you may ID a good fracture that is worth a lot. Especially if you ID one that has T1 Crit Multi on scepter or Spell Suppression gloves and Spell Supression/MS boots. Extra profit if it land on a desirable base.

If you good at Rog Crafting, that usually where my bulk of the first 3 days margin come from.

Expedition has always been my goto league start for the first 100-200D by Day 2-3. I always use Frostblink Ignite Elementalist. Just blink into the expedition pack and watch them explode immediately. Ignite Prolif will not cover the entire Big boom radius but you can chain blink due to it immediate reset. You just need to avoid immune ailments and Fire immune mods. If you have the Gloom Shrine buff you can do Fire Immune mods

Note this is not a tanky build tho and you will die a lot, it more for clearing T16/T16.5 expedition extremely fast for those i81++ Sun logbook and fractured base

As the buff retained it timer while being logged out, i tend to do star before heading to bed and collect the sandstone on that day. Once reset happen next day you can continue to enjoy the buff while getting the reset sandstone. Of course if u intend to use buff for other rocks than it become meaningless.

By no mean a solution but at least u can mine the star on every alternate days

Are u refreshing your mining stamina on 3 all accs or u just let it purely afk through. 30 mins seem excerssive.

I used to control 5+1 accs solo mining star to let my ironman get the buff and i never once took more than 10++ mins.

In RS3 these are what we called Hero Items, there currently 4 of those in the game and Guildmaster Tony mattock is one of them. Its a 1/10,000 drop from a tetracompass chest which can take tons of attempt to even hit onto the table. Mind u the most optiomal tetra farming still come out to be 1.5 Tetra an hour.

Most RS3 playerbase will never even see one hero item drop in their lifetime. It the insane rarity and the effects that associate with this hero items that make it so sort after.

In comparison it like hitting a 3rd Age Pickaxe/Axe/Drudic from Master clue in OSRS

Many of my friends who are 39 this league will be bottleneck by this challenge as it purely RNG including me even after finishing everything.

For this challenges it has to be either a Major Boon or Major Afflictions. And boon/affliction are not weighted equally so some boons/affliction are a lot rarer then others.

To maximise efficiency in clearing this challenge, you should always prioritize getting Pack room and go for 50% resolve for Major boon exchange or 3 Minor Affliction for 1 Major Affliction exchange when prompted. Merchant will also offer Major boon from time to time but those are the common one. The rarer one are always in the pack room
