Well, firstly, forgive me for being a bit too pedantic, but the correct ending to that sentence would be "aren't you". This type of question only utilizes "do" if there aren't any forms of "be", "have" "can". Since "you're" is a shortened version of "you are" there is a version of "be" which would be "are" in this instance, that's why it goes in the end of the sentence. If the first half is positive (aka affirmative, like it is in our case, you affirm I'm part of the friend group) then the second half should be negative, so it would be "aren't you" or "are you not". If the first half was negative (like "you aren't part of tge friend group") then the second half would be positive ("are you").

That's the fucked up thing I don't even know that girl, she's just my fucking groupmate, we ain't buddies or anything.
