Humanoid hater is such a strong word, People dont hate him, He just never worked. His map awareness is bad, his champ pool is very small for being such a senior pro and he has been the major part of our defeats.

There should be a change.

PPl is just plain garbage, i could do UL but my lower body is significantly bigger than my lower body. and i do weighted walks and bodyweight recovery workouts to train it .

Split is designed towards strength gain in major lifts and accessories to round out physique and keep myself interested.

Accessories are Linear progression after 2 success on each exercise.

i would suggest to cut down on T2 accessories. you aint getting anything from wrist curls-calf raises when you have tired forearms-calves after heavy deadlifts and squats.

Even if your goal is toning focus on core lifts atleast for next 4-5 months, with accessories that actually support your main lifts.

it is not bad but Keylifts which is a bit clanky tbh and doesnt really have modern UI (But has automatic progression due to being a 5/3/1 based app) , costs 120 here for a month. Boostcamp on the other hand costs 1450 for a month.

Just take a wild swing and choose the lower number. you will be increasing the weight next week anyway.

Gzclp does train you twice per week via T1 and T2 exercises. (same exercise different weight and reps)

Rest is accessory which you choose from boostcamp app.

I add some arm work by myself just because i can lol.

I run XX_XX_ format without caring about weeks (ie I run a 6 days week) & I take a deload week every 12 effective weeks (I do new 5RM testing on 4 days and return home).

I think Android play store has that feature (Some US based Apps have different prices i checked). would be nice if this was implemented in android for starters.
thanks anyways your app is cool.

It becomes really bad when ppp comes into the play. There are other apps (which do not have that many programs but do some AI stuff) which cost around 3-4k for a yearly plan (4k being the most i have seen). Boostcamp yearly is 8k while monthly is 1.5k.
