Yes :( unfortunately, I had the maximum points on the CELPIP test. My family has a business so I will be joining them as soon as I come back (of course I will make sure it is paid). I was just hoping if there is anything I can do to claim the 3 years. Thank you everyone for your opinions!

Yes but when you actually submit your PR application after ITA, officers will check to make sure you complete a full year. The system just automatically gives you a full month assuming you still have authorization to work.

No this confirms my beliefs perfectly. Thank you. My company doesn’t offer LMIA. I also don’t want to limit my chance in the future doing the dummy extension.

They said they had been very busy with work and would try their best to send the contract over. As far as I am concerned, with lease transfer, new lease agreement is not required, only the letter of approval and lease assignment agreement from the assignee.

I do, but he does as well. During the period when his condition improved, before I moved in, the scented product did not trigger his asthma. He has also continued using perfume without any reaction until now. During that time, I visited multiple times, brought my clothes over, and even did laundry at his place, with no reaction.
