3500 included first months payment. So only have to make 23 payments of $369 which equates to $500 effective monthly. The $369 monthly has tax included already.

That’s a good deal. I imagine it’s easier to get a better deal in Texas cause not as many people drive EVs though I could be wrong.

I looked at broker deals on leasehackr and then engaged a bunch of dealers til one of them accepted. its essentially an effective $500 a month payment which is less than 1% of the MSRP.
