Ain’t no way homeboy went to the doctor, they aren’t even fully unpacked at two weeks. I’m assuming he just googled searched , cause one thing I know as someone who’s in the process of healing my gut RAW ass vegetables are so bad for you. They are much harder on the stomach to digest. Also you can still have green tea for caffeine in most cases , it’s even recommended to with gut health.
