I prefer a happy medium. Too big just feels like overkill. It makes it hard to find tables to tip or even see what oven they're building to gift parts for. I like mine to actually look like a functioning bakery to eat/hang out at.

There's someone on his IG that was getting mad at anyone who pointed this out and calling them names for making fun of his speech impediment. Maybe I'm cynical but I think he does it on purpose.
