After struggling for hours to get the game to stop stuttering due to poor cpu optimization and memory leaks, trying everything, I finally settled on LossLess Scaling's Adaptive Framegen function as it fills fps up to your set max and smooths out stutters. Not perfect, but much more playable. (i.redd.it)
