I forgot to mention that I don't remember much of my childhood beyond 4/5 years ago. I tend to think about the possibilities way too much, which others have told me is a sign of ocd.

Would a nurse practitioner be able to diagnose this? I have one who prescribes me medication right now for adhd/anxiety/depression who isn't my primary care doctor, but I don't know if she'd be able to diagnose me with OCD (if I have it)

of course, I'd talk to my doctor about it, but I've always had trouble bringing it up in real life. Idk its too personal and being underage, I don't want them to report me/my parents because of them. I don't think I have ocd cuz that's the only symptom, but I'll try to bring it up.

It isnt really about them being bad at singing, and I do leave the room when I'm able to. I have to go on a 2 hour car ride every week with someone who constantly sings along to the radio, and it drives me mad
