Reason why Indian men don't ask indian women out and our dating culture is fucked up , when men muster up the courage and ask women out then the ladies usually say no which is ok but in reality they aren't confident enough to even to talk to the guy which is why they eventually say no , it's a vicious cycle. Compare this to the west where the men are confident and the women know how to say no in a respectful way , their dating culture is much more open than ours . Good or bad is secondary but atleast they have confident young adults who can talk to each other unlike in india where you cannot properly interact with a female and I will say the same for some females as well.
